What decides the cost
- Lighting type. Halo and front-lit letters need more LEDs and labour than a lit box.
- Letter depth and material. Acrylic, ACP-returned or steel letters each change the price.
- LED and power supply brand. Good modules and drivers cost more but fail far less.
- Size and number of letters. Long names with small letters take more labour per sq ft.
- Installation height and access. Scaffolding and first-floor fronts add cost.
Worked example
A 10 × 3 ft LED glow box is 30 sq ft. At ₹650 per sq ft, it costs about ₹19,500 before electrical work. The same name in front-lit 3D letters at ₹900 per sq ft would cost about ₹27,000.
